SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES (International Shipments)
We charge customers for shipping and handling fees corresponding on the destination, book title, and method of shipping.
CONSUMPTION TAX
Consumption tax is applied to purchases shipped to addresses within Japan. All wares and services are subject to a consumption tax of 10%.
REFUND POLICY
We accept refunds and exchanges. Items can only be returned if damaged. At which time an exchange will be offered, however if this is unavailable a refund will be issued to the card the initial payment was made with or by bank transfer. Please contact us directly before returning any items.
RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
